RETURN POLICIES
Our goods all come with guarantees. you have the rights to a replacement or refund for major damage or loss due to postage. You also have the rights to have the goods replaced, if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. We reserve the right to not offer a refund.
CHANGE YOUR MIND
- Purchasing at OP Tactical you have 14 days to return your items (some exclusion apply) for a full refund or exchange, as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase. The refund will be refunded automatically back to the account you have used to pay for the order.
- By saleable condition we mean by the item has not been opened or used. It is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included (Product Tag is not destroyed or taken off).
- If you can’t provide proof of purchase, we will not give you a refund.
- Return postage under your own cost
- Refund will process after we receive the refunded item
- Once we process the refund, the fund will appear back in your account that you have used to pay for your order within 2-3 business days
ITEMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED
- The original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
- Unreasonable refund is not acceptable unless the item(s) is faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
PRIVACY
You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. When returning with proof of purchase, Information collected will be securely stored in accordance with OP Tactical
